Joyce O Community Outreach feed the Homeless in the Basildon area. The outreach took place Saturday 5th of December 2020. Supported by Relief Africa and The Levites.
Many lives were touch through the outreach. We received positive response from the people that we reached out to. The first man we met said that he just came out of prison that day and he was just thinking of what to eat and where to go and then he came across us. He broke down into tears and said thank you so much! The food came to him at the right time.
The last lady we met on our way to the car park was seating on the floor beside a bank, as we gave her the food she asked if the food was warm so that she could eat it straight away as she was very hungry.
